Refund Policy

At Aurora Bloom, we are committed to our philosophy of Ethical Premiumization—delivering world-class wellness, lifestyle, and beauty products to Sri Lankan households without compromising on quality or authenticity. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue swiftly.

Please read our policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding returns and refunds.


1. The 7-Day Policy Window

We offer a strict 7-day return and refund policy.

  • You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to notify us and initiate a return request.

  • If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Criteria

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following criteria based on its product category:

A. Advanced Beauty & Personal Care Range

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original, undamaged brand packaging with all security seals, labels, and cellophane wraps intact.

B. Kashmiri Saffron & Premium Dried Fruits (Edible Goods)

  • Due to international food safety, hygiene regulations, and the organic nature of our premium wellness items, opened edible goods cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product packaging arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or defective from our end.

3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase issued directly by Aurora Bloom.


4. How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@aurorabloomindia.com or send a WhatsApp message to +94776906979 within the 7-day window.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product condition (especially if reporting a defect or transit damage).

  3. Return Authorization: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send or drop off the package.

Note on Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping/courier costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).


5. Inspection and Processing

  • Once your return is received at our distribution hub, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility standards.

  • We will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately:

  • Online/Card Payments: The credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or original method of payment. Please note that banking institutions may take 3 to 7 working days to reflect the balance in your account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfers: We will request your local bank account details to transfer the refund amount directly to you via online banking transfer.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at accounts@aurorabloomindia.com.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or sent incorrectly by our warehouse. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please contact our team within the 7-day window.
