- Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are accurate. However, natural products like Kashmiri saffron and dried fruits may have slight variations in color, size, and aroma due to their organic nature.
- Availability: All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to offer you substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value, or we will refund any monies you have paid.
- Personal Care & Beauty Range: Our beauty and personal care products are developed to meet global dermatological standards. However, consumers are advised to check the ingredient lists for any personal allergies and perform a patch test before regular use.

- Payment Processing: Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We use secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your credit/debit card information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Local Distribution: We deliver across Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external logistical factors.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Aurora Bloom pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Handling: Given the premium and sometimes delicate nature of our products (such as Grade-A saffron), all items are packed with the utmost care. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage to us within 24 hours.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our curated selections. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase:
- Edible Goods: Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items (saffron, dried fruits) once the original packaging has been opened, unless the product is deemed defective upon arrival.
- Beauty Care: Unopened and unused beauty products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
